Our coaches are licensed mental health professionals trained in systemic therapy, behavioural approaches, motivational interviewing, and neurobiology.

We work from relational, anti-oppressive, and neurodiversity-affirming perspectives. This means your experience is never reduced to a diagnosis. Instead, we build supports that honour your individuality, your environment, and your lived reality.

What coaching typically includes

Understanding Your Brain
Learn how ADHD and executive functioning work from a neuroscience-informed and strengths-based perspective. Identify your patterns of attention, motivation, and regulation.

Goal Setting & Skill Building
Clarify meaningful goals and break them into smaller, achievable steps. Build systems that support consistency without rigidity.

Accountability & Integration
Test strategies in real time, adjust as needed, and receive ongoing support. Celebrate progress and build confidence through consistency.

The coaching structure

We typically begin with a five-session coaching container, followed by flexible ongoing support if desired.

Step 1: Intake & Assessment
We explore your goals, challenges, and patterns through a biopsychosocial lens, understanding the whole person, not just the diagnosis.

Step 2: Four Weekly Sessions
You’ll begin integrating practical tools for focus, organization, and motivation. Between sessions, you can access brief check-ins through our client platform (OWL) for support and accountability.

Step 3: Ongoing Support
Optional bi-weekly or monthly sessions help maintain progress, adjust strategies, and navigate life as it evolves.
