We Offer:

  • Ongoing Therapy and Counselling Sessions

  • 50- minutes, in-person or virtual

  • Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly (maintenance) in frequency

Mini-Intensives: Focused Reset & Reconnect

  • 1.5–3 hours for in-depth work

  • Great for tackling a specific theme, integrating past therapy work, or navigating life transitions
