Affordable Therapy Support in Montréal, Québec & Ontario.
Jasmine is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Clinical Intern at Clinique Altera, practicing under the supervision of Amanda Hankins. She is completing her Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at the University of Ottawa and offers accessible psychotherapy in English and French, both in person in Montréal and virtually across Québec and Ontario.
Jasmine brings a warm, curious, and compassionate approach to therapy. She works collaboratively with clients to deepen self-understanding, reconnect with parts of themselves that may feel disconnected or difficult to access, and develop a more compassionate relationship with their emotions, bodies, and inner experiences.
Her developing approach is trauma-informed, relational, and integrative, drawing from Internal Family Systems, Compassionate Inquiry, somatic practices, and mindfulness-based approaches. Jasmine believes that healing often involves more than understanding our thoughts. Our bodies, relationships, histories, communities, and broader environments all shape the ways we learn to cope, protect ourselves, and move through the world.
Jasmine welcomes individuals and couples navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem, identity, emotional overwhelm, and disconnection from themselves or their bodies. She has a particular interest in supporting people experiencing eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, and complicated relationships with food and movement.
Her background as a yoga teacher and her experience working alongside Indigenous communities have further shaped her holistic understanding of mental health and wellbeing. In therapy, she aims to create space for both deeper exploration and practical support, adapting the pace of the work to each client’s needs and sense of safety.
Jasmine is also continuing her education in psychedelic-assisted therapy and plant medicine. She offers psychedelic integration sessions for individuals seeking support making meaning of previous experiences with substances such as psilocybin, MDMA, or ayahuasca. Integration sessions do not involve the provision or administration of psychedelic substances.
Outside of the therapy room, Jasmine enjoys running, hiking, cycling, and spending time outdoors. Her own relationship with movement has become an important way of connecting with her body, nature, and a quieter mind.
