OUR APPROACH
At Clinique Altera, supervision is relational, thoughtful, and growth-oriented. We see therapy as both an art and a science, best learned through reflection, practice, and mentorship.
Our approach draws from:
Psychodynamic and relational models
Trauma-informed care
Somatic and nervous system perspectives, such as EMDR and Brainspotting
Attachment-based frameworks
CBT, ACT, and integrative methods
Anti-oppressive and culturally responsive practice
Ethical standards and professional accountability
We support clinicians in developing not just techniques, but a grounded and authentic therapeutic posture.
Approved Supervision & Internship SiteWe are proud to support clinicians across different stages of training and professional development. We may serve as an approved or eligible site for various professional orders, educational programs, and clinical designations, depending on the profession and current requirements.
This may include supervision or placement experiences related to:

We understand that navigating licensing and regulatory processes can feel complex, and we aim to offer clear, supportive guidance wherever possible.
