Clinician, Marriage and Family Therapist and Psychotherapist

Camille is a couple and family therapist and psychotherapist, registered with the Ordre professionnel des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ) and holds a psychotherapy permit issued by the Ordre des psychologues du Québec (OPQ). She holds a master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy from McGill University.

Camille takes an integrative approach to therapy, adapting her work to each client's unique experiences, needs, and goals. Her practice draws primarily on systemic, attachment-based, emotion-focused, humanistic, cognitive-behavioural, and trauma-informed approaches. She remains attentive to how personal histories, relationships, and broader social contexts shape our experiences, and is guided by a commitment to anti-oppressive principles and ongoing self-reflection.

Camille aims to create a warm and compassionate space where individuals, couples, and families feel welcomed as they are. She approaches therapy with curiosity and openness, prioritizing the development of trust and emotional safety in the therapeutic relationship. She works with clients navigating relationship difficulties, recurring cycles of conflict or disconnection, emotional challenges, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. Together, they explore patterns that feel stuck or contribute to distress and discover new ways of relating to themselves and others.

With a background in therapeutic recreation, Camille recognizes the role that creativity and meaningful activities can play in our sense of identity, well-being, and connection. This background has shaped her understanding that we can learn, grow, and change not only through reflection and insight, but also through present-moment experiences and embodied engagement, exploration, and connection that can be fostered in the therapy room and carried into everyday life.

Camille offers psychotherapy to adults of all ages, as well as couples and families, in both English and French. She provides in-person sessions in Montréal and virtual sessions across Québec.
