The Coaching Structure

We recommend beginning with a five-session coaching container, followed by flexible maintenance sessions for continued support.

Step 1: Intake and Assessment

  • Establish goals and identify barriers through a biopsychosocial lens, understanding the whole person, not just the diagnosis.

  • Explore how ADHD patterns operate within your system, relationships, and daily life.

Step 2: Four Weekly Follow-Up Sessions

  • Integrate personalized tools and strategies for focus, organization, and motivation.

  • Benefit from check-ins between sessions through OWL messaging, our client platform, for accountability and encouragement.

  • Resources expertly gathered and tailored to your unique needs!

Step 3: Ongoing Support

  • Continue with bi-weekly or monthly follow-up sessions as needed to sustain progress, maintain momentum, and navigate life’s ups and downs.

Our Approach

Our coaches are licensed mental health professionals with training in systemic therapy, behavioural therapy, motivational interviewing, neurobiology, and psychology. We draw on systemic, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive frameworks, ensuring each plan honours your individuality, neurodiversity, and lived experience.
