Sexual & Intimate Partner Violence Support Group
Experiencing sexual or intimate partner violence can leave deep marks on the nervous system, the body, and our sense of safety in relationships. Healing does not have to happen alone. This support group offers a safe, confidential, and compassionate space for survivors to come together, share, and rebuild connections.
What to Expect
Trauma-Informed Approach: Facilitated by trained psychotherapists who understand the impact of trauma and prioritize safety, choice, and empowerment.
Small, Intimate Setting: Groups are capped to remain supportive, grounded, and relational.
Psychoeducation & Coping Tools: Learn about the nervous system, trauma responses, boundaries, and pathways toward healing.
Community & Connection: Build supportive relationships with others who understand what it means to survive and to begin reclaiming agency, intimacy, and trust.

Survivors of sexual assault, abuse, or intimate partner violence
Those seeking a supportive community to supplement individual therapy or as an affordable alternative to individual therapy

Group Size: Limited to 8 participants to maintain safety and intimacy
Pricing
Accessible, pay-what-you-can sliding scale:
$320 ($40 per session)→ Student/income under ~$40k
$440 ($55 per session)→ Income ~$40–65k
$560 ($70 per session) → Income $65k+
