Sometimes things can’t wait until your next full session. This focused 30-minute virtual check-in is for existing Clinic Altera clients who need timely support for a specific concern—managing a spike in symptoms, debriefing a difficult event, or clarifying a decision. We’ll stabilize, prioritize one goal, and leave you with a concrete plan or regulation tools.
Who it’s for: current clients only.
Not for: emergencies, active safety risk, or new intakes. If you’re in immediate danger, contact emergency services or your local crisis line.
Booking: schedule through your OWL client portal under your clinician’s name. Limited same-day availability may be offered.
Fee & receipts: pro-rated at your clinician’s hourly rate; receipts are issued under your clinician with their license details.
Policy: 24-hour cancellation policy applies.
